Funding and Solvency Certificate
Benefit Certificate – for defined benefit arrangements. It states when benefits are adequate to comply with SG requirements. This document helps confirm for employers contributing to a defined benefit fund the costs required to meet their SG obligations.
The Fund Rules are a legal document known as the Trust Deed. The Trust Deed and superannuation legislation govern the operation and management of Maritime Super.
We can visit your worksite as often as you like to provide your employees with education and the opportunity to address any burning questions, and relieve your internal staff from super-related enquiries. Our experience at worksite visits is rewarding, as we often meet with members who have ‘been meaning to call us and never got around to it' – being onsite provides that extra level of service that helps members get on the right track.
Helping members save for their life after work is at the heart of what we do. Your employees can access financial advice through onsite visits from our financial planners. We’ll come to you and help your employees make the most of their super at every stage of life.
We can also hold educational seminars to help your employees understand how super works and how they can make the most of it. These sessions are an opportunity to demonstrate the value of employment benefits and have any finance or super-related questions answered by our planners, relieving your staff from super-related enquiries.
Research confirms that healthy happy people are more likely to be productive employees. Your employees are supported through two key organisations we work with:
