Advice you can afford … and can’t afford to ignore
At Maritime Super, we know the value of good advice, so we do everything we can to make quality advice as affordable as possible for all members. In fact, the initial advice you receive from us is free of charge.
Your first consultation is free
When you meet with a planner, your first consultation is a fact-find session and free of charge. For many members, this initial consultation provides an opportunity to discover the level of advice they may require. You may need some advice in a specific area or you may need a comprehensive financial plan, our planners can help you either way. They provide, professional quality advice and will give you an upfront cost before proceeding. There are no hidden fees or charges on top of this.
Because the advice you need is unique, the cost of it will depend on your needs. To give you an idea, on average:
- advice that is specific to one or two areas usually costs between $200 and $600.
- advice that requires a comprehensive financial plan and Statement of Advice usually costs between $1,500 and $2,500.
Our planners don’t receive commissions or promote specific products – so you can be confident that the advice they give is based only on what’s in your best interests.
